Skin boosters are the skin’s natural moisturiser, hyaluronic acid, given as multiple injections with a microfine needle resulting in deep skin hydration and visible plumping of the skin.
As Hyaluronic acid is hydrophilic so it draws in water resulting in a softened and reduced appearance of fine lines such as smokers lines around the mouth. It also stimulates the renewal of collagen, changing both the quality and surface texture. The skin is prepared with a numbing lotion to ensure a comfortable experience with the added benefit of an anaesthetic agent within the product itself. Results will appear gradually over a period of 4 weeks following the treatment. The recommendation is for two treatments four weeks apart.
